just because you can see it doesn’t mean you have to fix it

right now - the earth feels so opened up.

it’s just like any time you have experienced a heartbreak. and all of the heartbreaks before seem to crop up out of nowhere like little weeds in your garden. it’s the same thing that is happening right now. the chasm of grief is wide.

so all of those little weeds - you thought you pulled it out by the root but guess what! the root is still in there.

so, what a time to look inside. what a time to be able to see.  right now you can see downnnn farther than you’ve ever been able to see.

it’s okay that you don’t currently have the resources to navigate what is at your deepest depths. nobody does.

right now is a time for observing. it’s not a time for solving all that you can see. some of these things you might find make their way towards revolution and completion. and that’s good.

but just because you see something, something old -  prehistoric, ancestral - swimming around down there at the bottom of this portal, you don’t have to take the solving on your shoulders right now.

you are three feet under the surface right now, and you are used to being up on the surface where you can breathe more easily. but right now you've gotta use your effort to get up to breathe, and then you sink back down.

and then when you're down there, you look down the wormhole and you see everything that is swimming about.

you don’t have the breath to go all the way down to the deepest part right now. that’s okay. name what you see. breathe with what you see. let it be enough to see. let yourself be in the phase of witnessing.

we wish that you could see from this perspective what is happening right now.  it’s not normal to have this level of visibility.

you’re not going to be able to solve everything that comes up and whatever you’re doing to just breathe, to feel good in your body, is so important right now.

the key for this time is to keep drawing air. to keep returning to kindness in yourself, and to take compassion for yourself seriously.
